Hey there, I'm Jake.
I'm the mad scientist of our little creative agency experiment here called Kanu.
A bit about my journey: I started with film school at NYU, worked as a producer, then made my way to an MBA at UCLA. It's turned into a weird, funny combo that fuels how I look at companies, giving me the tools to assess a company's creative landscape with a sharp business eye.
I've worn a lot of hats, led production teams of all sorts of sizes, and herded cats, dogs, turtles, etc., to bring all sorts of wild ideas to life.
Recently, I was the Head of Production at ROVE.
What really gets me out of bed in the morning: Pushing boundaries, diving in head-first. Working hard but being nice. Finding moments where age-old storytelling collides with all that crazy new tech.
And hey, now I've got this MBA, right? So not only can I make cool sh*t, but I can also strategically launch it into the world with maximum impact.

Hi! I’m Caitlin, but friends call me Caite.
All my life I’ve been a storyteller. It started with elaborate backstories for my Barbie dolls which led me to a BFA in Theatre Arts from Boston University, which then led me to a career in production and directing.
I cut my teeth in New York advertising producing sleek ad campaigns for clients like BMW, Spotify, and Truly Hard Seltzer. My thirst for long form content led me to produce unscripted projects like The Lost Kitchen (HBO series), On The Line: The Richard Williams Story (Tribeca feature film), and Glad You Asked (Vox series). With experience ranging from broadcast commercials, print campaigns, music videos, narrative shorts, feature documentaries, and beyond - I’m keenly aware of what makes a story sing and how to amplify the voice that sings it.

Hey, I'm Jake!
My creative journey began at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where I earned my BFA in Film & TV. Thanks to some incredible stops in the entertainment industry I’ve been able to take part in making some really great things. Each role has honed my production skills, deepened my understanding of leadership, and furthered my commitment to telling meaningful, viable stories.
Previously, I was leading the charge as the Head of Production at ROVE. There, I oversaw all facets of production and post production.
I'm also a recent graduate of UCLA Anderson, where I crammed in an MBA journey spare time.
Life is busy! And rewarding!
What drives me: fusing the power of emerging technology with the timeless art of storytelling.
