We recognize Prosper's commitment to these values, yet we saw how their online narrative could be improved to support this mission.
Inspired by their experience, we decided to highlight their unique personalities in the illustrations themselves.
Our first step was to perform a brand audit, which included speaking directly with the users themselves.
