Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending fosters connections that empower individuals.
We recognized their commitment to community but also saw an opportunity to crank up the volume on their online narrative.
Inspired by their experience, we decided to highlight their unique personalities in the illustrations themselves.
Our first step was to perform a brand audit, which included speaking directly with the users themselves.

Then, we cooked up a full suite of social content, including Instagram-friendly swipeable carousels, perfect for showcasing user-centric borrowing and lending journeys.
User stories, and others alike, helped inform our strategic design choices.

In every animation and illustration, we wanted to celebrate the success stories of real people benefiting from Prosper’s P2P lending.
